Jasmin Mejia

Manager, Account Management

Every word must tell. This has been Jasmin’s guiding principle as a communication professional through more than a decade of experience. Always bearing in mind the importance of reaching an audience in the simplest ways, Jasmin is a champion for process improvement and change management.​

As Manager, Account Management at Gagen, Jasmin has most recently supported our clients in crisis communications, competency model implementation and organizational restructuring. Her aptitude for project management, organization and proactive communication ensures client and partner operations run efficiently. She leads a team driving employee communications and intranet management related to enterprise-level crisis, reaching more than 150,000 global employees of a Fortune 50 healthcare company.​

Jasmin joins us most recently from the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, where she led a team as a Marketing Manager developing and implementing strategic communication plans for annual acquisition models and business imperatives linked to recruitment, company culture and process improvement. Prior to that role, she acted as an International Marketing Coordinator, where she led a company-wide rebranding initiative featuring a new corporate website, marketing materials and international recruitment tools.​

​Jasmin’s curious nature fuels her passion for creating innovative, unique and competitive solutions for her clients that will leave a lasting impact on the business and its employees. At Gagen MacDonald, Jasmin is focused on applying her skills in strategic communication to her client support, including crisis communication, internal employee communications and change management.​
