Jennifer Swint

Strategic Growth Advisor

Jennifer is an executive-level consultant with a track record of shaping, influencing and leading strategic and operational initiatives that drive long-term growth and profitability. She is expert in transforming organizational vision and infrastructure and is a motivator and builder of businesses and teams that achieve new heights in performance and profitability.

She is a business strategist and expert in developing innovative and transformative framework strategies, executing on short- and long-term business goals and engaging in high-stakes and complex challenges. She has extensive experience and success in leading organizational management and change strategies across all aspects of an organization. She is a driver of organizational structure and systems change, staff management and resource optimization initiatives, and strategic plan development. She has broad-based client service and senior advisory experience spanning corporations, trade associations, issue coalitions, non-profit and academic institutions, with deep expertise in the areas of reputation and issues management as well as crisis communications.

In her role as Strategic Growth Advisor at Gagen MacDonald, Jennifer leads the firm’s sales team, helping align Gagen’s expertise to client needs across change and transformation, culture, digital workplace, employee experience and leader communications. She also provides strategic counsel and support to Gagen clients, drawing on both her leadership roles within global companies and her decades-long experience as a senior-level advisor.

Previously, she served as Global President and Chief Client Officer of a large global communications agency, and as President of Atlantic Live! at the Atlantic Media Company, with business responsibility over hundreds of live events across the country, including the Aspen Ideas Festival. She recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Plan C Advisors, a consultancy providing climate strategies to boards of directors and C-Suite executives. She also led new business across the North American region for APCO Worldwide, Gagen's parent company. Early in her career, she founded and grew her own strategic communications consultancy, Nine Dot Strategies.

Jennifer previously served as a Trustee for the Institute for Public Relations, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to fostering greater use of research and research-based knowledge in public relations and corporate communications practice, and was a member of Page Up, a membership organization for high-potential, senior communications leaders working with members of the Arthur W. Page Society.
