Lauren Margolis is a seasoned marketing leader with diverse experience in building and scaling global brands. As Director of Marketing at Gagen MacDonald, she strategizes and implements full-funnel, cohesive marketing strategies that build the brand, encourage consideration and drive demand. Her work spans paid, earned, and owned media campaigns, experiential marketing and the firm’s content management strategy.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Lauren served as Director of Brand Marketing at the communications agency The Weber Shandwick Collective, where she helped launch an enterprise-level rebrand including developing brand positioning, visual and verbal guidelines, global and sector-specific pitch collateral, brand assets and an interactive metaverse onboarding experience. She also led the production of global town hall meetings, implemented a global CRM system and maintained the company intranet as a central hub for employee resources and offerings. Before her time at Weber Shandwick, Lauren spent four years at Douglas Elliman, where she led the marketing team in developing integrated campaigns, launched a new CRM, and supported client acquisition and retention.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Miami, majoring in Management and Marketing. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and their two toddlers.
