Loubna Charef is an accomplished industrial-organizational psychology practitioner, bringing a unique blend of psychological insight and technological expertise to APCO. As an Associate Director at Gagen MacDonald, an APCO company, she specializes in guiding organizations through complex transformation, leveraging deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, and the integration of emerging technologies. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Loubna plays a pivotal role in supporting clients across the globe, helping them harness the power of digital innovation to drive sustainable growth and enhance workforce engagement.

Before joining APCO, Loubna worked globally across various industries, delivering science-based solutions that drove positive organizational outcomes. She led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion campaigns, guided culture and behavior change initiatives, and improved employee commitment and business processes. Loubna has partnered with leading consulting firms and multinational organizations, managing projects in digital strategy, organizational restructuring, and leadership development across government, technology, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors. These experiences have given her a nuanced understanding of both local and global business environments, which she now brings to APCO's diverse client portfolio.

Loubna holds a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University

Master's in Project Management (MPM) from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's in Economics and Management from Université Abdelmalek Essaadi. She is a certified associate in Project Management (CAPM®) and holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida.

A published researcher and speaker at global conferences, Loubna is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and human-centered design to solve complex organizational challenges. She is also a member of SIOP, PMI, Psi Chi and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
