Creative and collaborative with a talent for managing results-driven teams, Michelle acts as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior management teams, helping to align actions with company vision and overall goals.
Most recently, Michelle served as the head of global communications for Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN), a financial services software leader, where she led and managed the global communication strategy. At DFIN, Michelle effectively counseled executives and senior leadership, and drove double-digit improvement across all disciplines—including public relations, brand positioning, internal communications, investor relations, executive positioning, employee engagement, and crisis management.
Before joining DFIN, Michelle was senior manager of corporate relations at Allstate Insurance, working closely with leaders across Allstate businesses and regions to protect and grow the company’s brand reputation. Earlier in her career, Michelle led public relations and financial communications strategies for global brands on the agency side. Working with companies like United Airlines, Takeda Pharmaceutical, Allianz, the U.S. Treasury, and Intel, she provided counsel on numerous transactions, proxy contests, special situations, investor relations, litigation support, and crisis communications.
