Preethi Raj is a data-driven strategic thinker who brings her background in change management, human resources and innovation to Gagen MacDonald. Preethi is driven by her belief that a strong employee value proposition is key to helping employees bring their best selves to the workplace. Preethi views herself as an advocate for employees whose voices may not otherwise be represented in key decisions, leveraging this mindset to bring "employee-first" thinking to her client engagements.

Before joining Gagen MacDonald, Preethi worked in human resources consulting across both the private and public sectors, providing expertise in a range of areas, including compensation and large-scale organizational transformations. From her previous consultant role at Mercer, Preethi brings a unique perspective about how talent and rewards play a role in employee engagement and retention. Preethi also understands the intricacies of the employee experience within the federal government, having recently served as a consultant to the Department of State.

She values the opportunity to challenge the status quo about how to approach people operations and innovate on ways to support all employees, from entry-level to executives.
