Tricia Anagnos


Tricia Anagnos is a strategic communications counselor and team builder with more than 15 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 clients to navigate complex transformations. Centered on the employee experience, she develops strategic communications plans designed to advance business priorities, strengthen employee engagement, build trust in leadership and drive meaningful, measurable outcomes. Her expertise spans digital transformation, M&A integration, leader transitions, organizational restructuring and culture‑building initiatives across pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology and consumer product sectors.
Most recently, Tricia served as a senior vice president in FleishmanHillard's Talent and Transformation practice group, where she led internal communications, employer of choice strategy and global change initiatives for clients including AbbVie, AT&T, Bunge, Global Payments, Marriott, Johnson & Johnson and Salesforce. Throughout her 10 years with the agency, she executed integrated communications strategies, established governance structures and crafted unifying narratives that brought clarity and alignment for workforces in times of uncertainty. Tricia collaborated closely with leaders and communicators to guide consistent executive messaging, equip people leaders with the tools needed to communicate and model behaviors with their teams, and empower employees as advocates.
Earlier in her career, Tricia spent five years as director of communications at Washington University's Brown School, a top-ranked social work and public health graduate program, where she oversaw communications for capital campaigns and alumni relations, faculty research, university initiatives and reputation and recruitment efforts. Tricia holds a Master of Arts in Marketing from Webster University, as well as bachelor's degrees in business and communications from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
