Gagen consultant Franziska Weber has recently joined the Communication Leadership Exchange’s (CLE) Board of Directors. Among other duties, Franziska will help shape the CLE 2017 annual conference, scheduled for October 26-27, 2017, which will bring together some of the industry’s best minds to exchange ideas and drive thought leadership in today’s hyperkinetic business world.

The Communication Leadership Exchange serves experienced professionals as a resource for best practices, creative ideas, insightful strategies, and a strong, supportive professional community. Representing organizations of all sizes, from one-person consultancies to Fortune 500 corporations, CLE members are leaders in strategic communication, building business success as they continue to grow professionally, often with the assistance or advice of an Exchange colleague.

Franziska joined Gagen MacDonald in 2013. She draws from her agency and in-house experience in developing and executing integrated strategies that engage employees and build reputation from the inside out. Her client roster spans multiple industries and includes Guardian Life Insurance, Exelon, Johnson & Johnson, and Bloomberg among others. Franziska’s work has been recognized broadly, including a 2017 IABC Gold Quill Award for the “Guardian on the Go” campaign; that work is also a finalist for the 2017 North American SABRE Awards. Her earlier work has won 2015 Bronze and Silver Quill Awards as well as a 2016 PRWeek Awards nomination.
