Peggy Alford has had a big year. After returning to PayPal, following a stint at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, she was named to Facebook’s Board of Directors. Her work at PayPal combined with her governance roles, at Facebook and also real estate investment firm Macerich, put Peggy at the epicenter of curating digital experiences that enrich lives and build human connection. She leads with purpose and intentionality, founded on the belief that the right decision is made only after getting input from a wide-range of diverse perspectives.
