Hillary Goodman appointed to TCB Change & Transformation Council

Gagen MacDonald Senior Consultant Hillary Goodman has been appointed to The Conference Board’s (TCB) Change & Transformation Council. As part of the council, she will collaborate with other industry thought leaders on new business processes and practices that address large-scale change issues impacting not only organizations, but marketplaces and economies across the globe.

TCB’s Change & Transformation Council aims to “advance the practice of change management by creating new thought leadership and developing capabilities for extraordinary performance,” focusing on "change management challenges in business transformation and renewal, global reorganization, and employee engagement.”
